Interestingly, some of the lots that were bidded out by the BCDA are located in the de facto Makati controlled areas but have official Taguig City land titles. If this hotel would be constructed in the lot that was among those sold by BCDA, then it is certain that it is in fact still within Taguig City. The land titles of the said property stated that the same are located in the Municipality/City of Taguig (the copy of the land titles are attached in the terms of reference which you can download in the link that I have provided). There was an announcement by the BCDA in January 2015 announcing the sale of residual lots along C5 and north Fort Bonifacio.
